Once your order is handed to our carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS), they take over delivery. We cannot control or guarantee their transit times, delays, or other issues. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction: our team will track the package, file any claims on your behalf, and work directly with the carrier to resolve issues quickly. If needed, we’ll explore replacement or refund options per our refund policy.
For damaged shipments we will request that you take pictures of packaging anything showing damage for claims purposes.
